Betten-Michel competition on Instagram - conditions of participation

1. The competition is not connected to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram or Facebook, but the company Betten-Michel Alexander Michel, Weinstraße 63, 67480 Edenkoben, as the operator of the Betten-Michel account (in short: “organizer”). The information provided will only be used for the competition. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

2. The competition begins on September 3rd, 2023 and ends on September 18th, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.

3. You can win 1x two bed linen sets from “Designers Guild” worth a total of €249.80. People over the age of 18 who live in Germany can take part. The prize or the prize value cannot be transferred or paid out.

4. The prize will be drawn after the end of the implementation period and will not be open to the public. Participation in the raffle requires all of the listed criteria to be met.

5. The winners will be informed via the direct message function of Instagram or Facebook on Instagram or Facebook. Winners must send their contact and address details via direct message to the Betten-Michel Instagram page or by email to shop@bettenmichel.de within 5 working days (from notification of the winner). If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize during this time, their claim to the prize will expire without replacement. A replacement winner will then be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.

6. If personal data from participants is collected as part of the competition, these will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter or email. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data submitted.
