You also have the option of sending your bedding to us by mail . Once we receive your package, we will inspect your bedding and contact you by phone. During this call, we will inform you about the options available for your bedding, as well as the cost. Important: Be sure to provide a phone number!

Shake up
Loosen the filling daily to create air spaces – important for natural climate regulation.
Ventilate
Regular airing removes nighttime moisture. It's ideal to air your down or feather bedding for one to two hours in the fresh air—for example, on a balcony—during dry weather.
Use sunlight in moderation
A maximum of two hours of direct sunlight releases the nighttime moisture content in your bed. Longer exposure times will deprive the down and feathers of their necessary moisture and stress the lining. When drying on a radiator, make sure the temperature does not rise above normal body temperature.
No knocking or sucking
Avoid using beaters and vacuum cleaners—these devices can damage the delicate fabric. Gentle brushing is sufficient to remove dust.
